Educational Contract & Academy Conduct

From August 2024 - every Resident Doctor(RDs) will be required to agree to the NW School of Radiology Educational Contract and upload a copy to RISR Zip Folders. 

These are the expectations from RDs, as well as what RDs should expect from the School, tutors and trainers during teaching and training placements.

2026/2027 Training Year Educational Contract Form to be completed within 6 weeks of commencing rotations from 05/08/2026

All RDs in the Academy Placement will be required to complete the Academy Conduct form at the start of their rotation and upload a copy to RISR. 

RDs attending teaching activity in any of the Academy sites should also ensure they follow the Academy Conduct particularly focusing on appropriate use of iMacs, image governance and local site protocols.   

A form should be completed at the start of the Academy placements for ST1 and ST2
