Silhouette Attendance & Feedback App Reporting
The School now has an inbuilt location attendance and feedback app, accessing via NWSOR email log ins.
This should be used for all teaching and school events throughout the training year to record attendance in one of the Academy sites as well as online teaching. Feedback is also completed and linked.
At the end of the training year you will download your attendance and feedback report for ARCP and upload to your zip file. Attendance and completion of feedback is linked to Study Leave budgets - failure to complete may result in the removal/reduction of Study Leave allocations.

To ensure accurate attendance tracking during in-person teaching sessions, please follow the guidance below when using the Silhouette Attendance & Feedback App:

Trainees are expected to log in to the Silhouette App within the first 5 minutes of the session.
This is essential for the system to register your attendance correctly using location settings.

If you are unable to log in due to technical problems (e.g. location settings not working, app not loading), you must:
Email the academy immediately at england.radiologyacademy.nw@nhs.net.
Include your full name, session title, and a brief description of the issue.

Tutors are not expected to manually confirm attendance as a routine process.
However, in line with the protocol, escalation for verification may be considered in exceptional circumstances where login issues are reported promptly and appropriately.
